A Practice Partner is a collaborative model that supports independently licensed clinicians who want to transition toward private practice. Inner Light supports Practice Partners by providing the systems, referrals, technology, and support clinicians need to build a practice of their own.

Maybe you've been thinking about starting your own private practice, but every time you begin looking into it, it feels overwhelming. Where do I even start? Which EHR should I choose? How do I form a PLLC? How much should I set aside for taxes? How do I build a website? How do I get credentialed with insurance companies? Where will my referrals come from? Can't I just do private practice with a DBA? What if I fail?
These were all questions I asked myself, too. We didn't learn this in grad school. I learned through late night hours of research, trial and error, expensive mistakes and figuring things out as I went.
If you're thinking of transitioning, but the thought of starting your own feels intimidating, becoming a Practice Partner with Inner Light may be the bridge you've been looking for.
You don't need to choose between complete independence and doing everything alone.
Practice Partners plug into an established infrastructure that removes many of the barriers that keep clinicians from getting started.
We partner with independently licensed clinicians who want the freedom of private practice while benefiting from shared infrastructure, referrals, and a collaborative community.
1. Traditional group practice
"You're part of my practice."
2. Office rental
"Here's an office. Good luck."
3. Inner Light’s Model
"You own your practice. I provide the infrastructure and community."
Hair Stylist
Some work as employees.
Some rent a chair.
Some rent an entire salon suite.
Many own their own business while benefiting from an established location.
A Practice Partner is similar:
Imagine a hairstylist renting a salon suite, except instead of renting physical space, you're plugging into the systems of an established private practice.
