I offer individual and group sessions for adults 18+ through a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform (telehealth). Scheduling is handled directly with me to ensure care is thoughtfully paced and aligned with your needs.
A credit or debit card is kept on file and payment is due at the time of the service.
The first full session, focused on understanding your history, goals, and creating a foundation for our work together.
Ongoing therapy sessions tailored to your clinical pacing and needs.
Available when clinically appropriate, scheduled ahead of time, and used for deeper trauma processing (self pay only).
Offered periodically for specific clinical groups.
For licensed mental health counselors practicing in New York State.
For licensed mental health counselors looking for consultation and supervision on their cases.
My style of supervision focuses on the “self of the therapist,” including working with countertransference, clarifying your clinical niche, and integrating bottom-up, nervous system-informed approaches that are rooted in relational safety.
For limited permit MHCs and LMHCs seeking diagnostic privilege hours in NYS, supervision cannot be paid for independently. It must be provided within an employment setting where the supervisor is responsible for the clinical work (generally a w2 position).
From the NYSED FAQ:
“Arrangements where an individual hires or contracts with a licensee to provide supervision are problematic and, as a general rule, unacceptable.”

All fees for private pay clients, as well as copays, coinsurance, or deductible amounts for insurance clients, are due at the time of the appointment. An active credit/debit card must be kept on file. Fees are subject to change with written notice to active clients. Sliding scale options may be available based on financial need.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
I will provide a written estimate at the time of intake and upon your written request anytime there.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit CMS.gov/nosurprises.
