Meet The Team!

 As the founder and owner of Inner Light Mental Health Counseling, I feel incredibly grateful to do work that I genuinely love. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me driving my kids to sports and activities, chasing our puppy Oliver, and carrying an iced coffee wherever I go. 

*Fun fact: My family and I were once selected to audition for Family Feud!  We didn't make it onto the show, but it's still one of our favorite family memories.
